People Decisions, Inc. provides a fast, reliable online assessment system that helps employers and recruiters evaluate, track and hire qualified candidates. Our assessment service also helps managers evaluate their current staff, and provides insight into how to best supervise and develop each of their employees.

An applicant will spend approximately 15 - 20 minutes completing one of our tests online. Our tests may also be given manually (i.e., paper and pencil) and scored later by a clerical person.
