The actual cost of screening applicants is very expensive when you consider the amount of time (time = money) that it takes for management and HR to interview various candidates. When there is no objective measure to rank employees, management will waste time interviewing unqualified candidates. Management should focus their efforts on making money, not on interviewing poor candidates. However, when you use a screening device which allows management to focus their valuable time looking at only qualified candidates the company saves time and money!
