For example, in considering energy level, when is high energy a good thing and when is it counter productive? High energy would be a benefit if the position required physical labor, endurance and long hours. It would be counter productive to have high energy for positions that require great attention to detail and precision, like a watch maker, a diamond cutter or a bomb defuser.

Depending on the specific characteristics of the position you are screening, you will be able to identify the characteristics of highly productive employees. Hiring employees who match the profile of other highly productive employees should increase productivity and profitability.
